A. Guaranteed Rental Return of 6% Per Year
If you purchase a studio apartment for US$62,895, you will receive a return of 6% (or US$3,773 per year) for each year of SDR’s five-year management contract.
Note:
1. Average return per apartment is before applicable taxes and borrowing cost.
2. Yield % (i.e. average return per Apartment/Investment) is based on investment price.
3. Cost of condo corp. fees, a/c maintenance, Internet, cable TV and telephone basic charge (total less than Php 2,900 per month as of January 2008) is payable by owner.
4. Rental terms are subject to standard SDR Terms and Conditions.

B. Serviced Apartment Management 60% Share of Net Monthly Proceeds of Your Apartment
If the net monthly income generated by your apartment is US$700, you shall receive a return of US$420 for that particular month. Annual yield is over 8%. This option is very tempting considering that SDR Serviced Apartments has one of the highest occupancy levels in Cebu with year-round occupancy at 85% for 2006, 2007, and 2008.
