Kiener Hills Cebu Real Estate Prices
You have four choices in Kiener Hills Condominiums:

Notes:
1. Most of our apartments are in the two best buildings in the DEVELOPMENT (Buildings E – where the main lobby is located, and B adjacent to the reserve land)
2. We also have more economical units for sale (with the same SDR building specifications) in Building D and Building C at discounted prices: Studios for **US$40,500 and Lofts for **US$80,500. **(plus furniture/ appliance package – if required @ USD7,500 for studio and USD14,000 for lofts)
3. Only units purchased from SDR in buildings B and E qualify for the 6% guaranteed return option.

Kiener Hills Cebu Real Estate Payment Options
We offer innovative and flexible payment plans (up to 10 years in-house financing) for Kiener Hills Condominiums. This has made it a simple process for both locals and foreigners to purchase Cebu real estate in our project. The fixed financing rates are also very competitive compared to bank lending rates, and buyers can finance up to 85% of the purchase price via SDR’s in-house facility.
The all-in price for a fully equipped STUDIO apartment [36.56 square meters] is US$ 62,895. Your payment options are:
Option 1. Pay CASH and enjoy a 10% discount (or US$ 6,289) decreasing your net cash price to US$56,608
1.1 Pay the US$2,000 reservation fee
1.2 Pay the cash balance of US$54,608 within 30 days
Option 2. Place a 40% down payment with the balance due over 24 months interest free.
2.1 Pay the US$2,000 reservation fee
2.2 Pay the balance of your 40% down payment within 30 days
2.3 Pay the 60% balance in 24 consecutive monthly installments without interest.
Option 3. Payment over 24 equal monthly installments at 6% interest per annum (via SDR’s in-house finance program)
3.1 Pay the US$2,000 reservation fee
3.2 Pay the balance at 6% interest per annum over 24 consecutive equal monthly installments
Option 4. Place a 15% down payment with the balance payable over 5 years at 12% interest per annum (via SDR’s in-house finance program)
4.1 Pay the US$2,000 reservation fee
4.2 Pay the balance of your 15% down payment within 30 days.
4.3 Pay the 85% balance in 60 consecutive monthly installments at 12% interest per annum.
Option 5. Place a 20% down payment with the balance payable over 10 years (120 monthly payments at US$895 per month (via SDR’s in-house finance program)
5.1 Pay the US$2,000 reservation fee
5.2 Pay the balance of your 20% down payment within 30 days
5.3 Pay the 80% balance in 120 consecutive monthly installments of US$895 for a studio apartment and US$1,795 for a two-bedroom loft.
